(01) Our story
We started with one question: who is actually in the room?
In 2011, Eleanor Marsh had spent fifteen years running operations for a FTSE 100 retailer and had hired most of the big consultancies along the way. The slides were excellent. The people who built them were rarely the people who had sold the work.
Fuzela was founded on the opposite model: a small group of senior operators, each of whom has run the kind of business they now advise, working directly with leadership teams on the two or three decisions that will define the next five years.
Fifteen years and more than two hundred engagements later, the model has not changed. We grow slowly, we say no often, and the partner who scopes your work is still in the room when it lands.

First cross-border program
A fourteen-month supply-chain redesign for a Nordic logistics group takes the team to Rotterdam, and we decide to stay.
Rotterdam office opens
A second home on the Maas, focused on operations, logistics and industrial clients across the Benelux and Germany.
The three-week diagnostic
Remote work forces a tighter method. Our fixed-scope diagnostic sprint becomes the way most clients start with us.
